Dill Weed Cake

• 1 sm Sweet dough recipe
• FILLING:
• 1 1 /2 lb Cottage cheese seived
• 2 TFlour
• 1 /2 Lemon peel, grated
• 3 /4 c Sugar
• 1 ts Salt
• 8 Eggs

Separate eggs, whip whites.fold into other ingredients, fold in 1

1/2 T. dill weed.Line pan with sweet dough.Gently spread filling

on top of sweet dough.Mix 1 egg yolk with 8 oz. sour cream, gently

spread on top of dill weed filling.
