In medium saucepan, combine broth and oil; bring to a boil over
medium-high heat.Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is soft but
not browned. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.Reduce
heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until thickened,
stirring occasionally. If desired, cool slightly and puree in blender
container or food processor bowl with metal blade until smooth. Serve
hot over cooked pasta, meat or chicken. Makes 2 Cups.
