Place chicken in lg shallow dish. In sm bowl, mix oil, garlic, and
pepper; pour over chicken. Cover, marinate, refrigerated, 30 mins;
drain excess marinade and discard. Preheat oven 475 F. In another
shallow dish, mix crumbs with cayenne; dip both sides of the chicken
strips in the mixture. Arrange strips in single layer on nonstick
cookie sheet(s). Bake 10 mins or until browned.
